Q-Power analyzes, designs, finances, builds and maintains waste-heat-recovery heat exchangers (so called Q-Box) that reduce energy costs and carbon emissions for our clients. More specifically, our engineers will analyze the heat-recovery potential of every industrial energy source and will design an individually tailored Q-Box application made up of thermal Q-Pipes for each customer to effectively recapture waste heat that would have otherwise been discharged unused into the atmosphere.

Who we are

We offer a fully developed technology which was independently researched by us for 15 years, ready to be implemented after having established a potential for heat recovery at a client's plant or facility.

Our heat exchanger Q Box recover significant part of residual energy lost in the atmosphere and transforms it into heat energy (warm water, warm air) used in technologic process, district heating, space heating, etc.

The Heat Exchanger Q-Box can for example serve as an add-on to all kinds of Combined Cycle solutions which still have enough waste heat left that would leave through the stack. We can use this waste heat to produce warm water for district heating or recycle it to increase your boilers efficiency.

The Heat Exchanger Q-Box can also serve as an integral part of ORC technology (Organic Rankine Cycle) which use waste heat to produce clean electricity technology through a closed loop. We are able to recover as much waste heat from flue gases as possible in order to feed that heat into the Organic Rankine Cycle, where it is used to warm up thermal oil or organic gas, depending on the specific technology.

Q-Power also offers a practical solution to all companies who will be forced under the Kyoto Protocol and European Emissions Trading Scheme (second phase starting in 2013) to buy extra carbon credits if exceeding their annual allocated quotas (or pay hefty fines). By implementing our solutions, significant fuel savings will be achieved and overall carbon dioxid emissions will be brought down, enabling our clients to exploit their excess carbon credits on their respective national or international markets.
